Nothing is held back for the call.
The misconception
They are, for about three days. Then the calls stop, because calling people who have just been disappointed is unpleasant and most agents do it until it feels bad and then find something else to do.
The seller still wants to move. The listing still failed. Nothing about their situation resolved itself because your competitors got bored.
The mechanism
Four public sources and one private one. All of them are lists of people with a problem that is already on the record.
A listing that ran out of time or came off the market. The seller already decided to sell. Something about price, presentation or marketing did not work.
Already selling, already motivated, and already being called. The difference is whether you call to pitch or call to be useful for the eight weeks before they give up.
Public record, time sensitive, and requiring more care than any other source. Handled badly it is predatory. Handled properly it is the most appreciated call the person gets.
Nobody is competing for these because nothing has happened yet. Long horizon, low competition, and the source that most rewards patience.
Not public and not a list. The people who already know you, worked properly, on a schedule, with something worth sending.

What changes
Buyers are a function of how much you spend. Listings are a function of how consistently you show up in front of people who have already decided to sell. One of those you can control in a slow market, and it is not the first one.
Nobody has ever run out of sellers. They run out of cadence.
Straight answers
The listing agreement ran its term and ended without a sale. The seller is no longer under contract with that agent and is free to relist with anybody.
Your MLS reports them, and there are services that package them with contact data. The list is the easy part and it is worth very little on its own.
Your own MLS, filtered and pulled daily. Cross checking against public record for contact information takes longer but costs nothing but time.
It depends on the agreement, and the more useful question is what happens on the day after. Almost nobody has an answer written down for that day.
Not a pitch. The seller has already heard eleven of those. The scripts we hand over open by asking what they think went wrong, because they usually know and nobody has asked.
Months, not days. The whole advantage is being the agent still there when the list has gone quiet.
What we hand you
This is one of nine pieces. Here is what the library alone costs if you go and buy it.
| Included | Bought separately |
|---|---|
| Expired, for sale by owner and pre foreclosure sequences | |
| The scripts, objection handling and voicemails | |
| Direct mail pieces and the send schedule | |
| Google and local services ad builds | |
| The full systems library, all of the above | $12,000 one time |
What is actually handed over
This training covers one of them. The rest arrive on the same day, whichever of the two routes you take in.
CRM, automations, follow up campaigns and templates, configured around how you actually work rather than handed over as a blank account.
Voice and text follow up that keeps engaging new leads and keeps conversations moving outside business hours.
Expired listings, FSBOs, Google, direct mail and database marketing, so the whole business does not rest on one source.
Landing pages, lead capture and automated campaigns, connected to your CRM, with the implementation done rather than described.
A recognizable personal brand on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and what to make so it turns into conversations.
Conversion, prospecting, appointment setting, listing presentations, objection handling and database reactivation.
Weekly coaching and direct access to agents, brokers and team leaders who are actively running real estate businesses right now.
Hiring, onboarding, delegation, performance tracking and the structure to grow past your own production.
The reason this matters
The most common reason agents adopt anything new is no longer closing more deals. It is saving time, by a wide margin, and it moved there fast.
That is worth saying plainly, because it reframes everything above. The point of a system is not that it does the job better than you would. It is that it does the job on a Tuesday when you are at a closing, and again on Sunday when you are not working at all.
The two ways in
The first option exists so you can check that the second one is worth something.
Option one
$1,997 a month
Keep your license at your current brokerage. Real clients pay this every month, which is what makes it a product rather than a decoy.
Option two
$0 a month
The $1,997 is waived for as long as you are partnered. There is no additional NXTGEN commission split.
Before you ask
eXp is a cloud brokerage. There are no offices to pay for, so part of what a traditional brokerage spends on rent and middle management goes back into the model. Some of that is revenue share, which is how our organization funds coaching it would otherwise have to charge for.
Two things worth being straight about. Revenue share is not passive money, and it pays nothing at all until specific things are true. We wrote all of it down rather than hand waving at it.

Where this goes next
Everything above works on its own. What it cannot do is tell you which piece to start with given what you sell, where you sell it and how you actually want to spend a Tuesday. That is the only thing the call is for.
A look at where your next six listings come from. Not a pitch at you.
Book the reviewIf you are not booking yet
Most people who read one of these are not ready for a call, and that is fine. Everything below is already open, and none of it asks you for anything.
Three of our weekly calls are open to anyone. Listen to a whole one, say nothing, and leave when you want.
02Three membership levels with the numbers printed on the page. You do not have to ask a person for the price.
03How revenue share actually works at eXp, including the parts of it that usually get oversold.
04The agents, the markets they work, and what partnering looks like on an ordinary week.

Each one is free, written out in full, and takes about ten minutes to read.
