The training
Nothing is held back for the call.
The misconception
Virality is distribution to strangers. Your business is geographic. Those two facts sit badly together, and chasing the first one is why so many agents produce content for a year and cannot name a single deal that came from it.
The number that matters is not how many people saw it. It is how many people in your market saw you often enough to think of you without being prompted.
The mechanism
Five steps, and almost everybody skips the last two.
Local, repeatedly. Geography is a feature, not a limitation, and it makes the job much smaller than it looks.
One useful thing per piece. Not a highlight reel and not a sold sign, something a person in your market would actually want to know.
Frequency beats production quality by a distance. The decision of what to post is the bottleneck, so we remove it.
Most agent content has no next step at all. A post that ends is a post that was a hobby.
A comment or a save is a lead. It goes into the same system as everything else, or it evaporates.

What changes
Most agent content has no door at the end of it. Somebody watches, nods, and leaves, and nothing about that person is knowable afterwards. The fix is unglamorous and it is the difference between content as a hobby and content as a lead source.
Content without a next step is a diary with a logo on it.
Straight answers
By being specific and local enough that a person watching can tell you work where they live, and by giving them a reason to raise their hand rather than just watch.
Pick a small number of things you are genuinely willing to talk about every week. Consistency on a narrow topic beats variety you cannot sustain.
Almost everything an agent thinks is boring is interesting to somebody who does not do this for a living. The calendar we hand over removes the decision entirely.
It shortens the time between a person deciding to move and a person deciding who to call. It rarely creates the decision itself.
Less than you think, and the training covers exactly what is worth buying. Bad audio loses people faster than bad video.
Quarters, not weeks. This is the slowest of the sources we teach and the only one that keeps paying after you stop.
What we hand you
This is one of nine pieces. Here is what the brand piece alone costs if you go and buy it.
| Included | Bought separately |
|---|---|
| A posting calendar so the decision is already made | |
| Gear and editing, kept deliberately unglamorous | |
| What to say, by format and by market | |
| How attention gets routed into your follow up | |
| Social and personal brand training, all of the above | $2,400 a year |
What is actually handed over
This training covers one of them. The rest arrive on the same day, whichever of the two routes you take in.
CRM, automations, follow up campaigns and templates, configured around how you actually work rather than handed over as a blank account.
Voice and text follow up that keeps engaging new leads and keeps conversations moving outside business hours.
Expired listings, FSBOs, Google, direct mail and database marketing, so the whole business does not rest on one source.
Landing pages, lead capture and automated campaigns, connected to your CRM, with the implementation done rather than described.
A recognizable personal brand on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and what to make so it turns into conversations.
Conversion, prospecting, appointment setting, listing presentations, objection handling and database reactivation.
Weekly coaching and direct access to agents, brokers and team leaders who are actively running real estate businesses right now.
Hiring, onboarding, delegation, performance tracking and the structure to grow past your own production.
The reason this matters
The most common reason agents adopt anything new is no longer closing more deals. It is saving time, by a wide margin, and it moved there fast.
That is worth saying plainly, because it reframes everything above. The point of a system is not that it does the job better than you would. It is that it does the job on a Tuesday when you are at a closing, and again on Sunday when you are not working at all.
The two ways in
The first option exists so you can check that the second one is worth something.
Option one
$1,997 a month
Keep your license at your current brokerage. Real clients pay this every month, which is what makes it a product rather than a decoy.
Option two
$0 a month
The $1,997 is waived for as long as you are partnered. There is no additional NXTGEN commission split.
Before you ask
eXp is a cloud brokerage. There are no offices to pay for, so part of what a traditional brokerage spends on rent and middle management goes back into the model. Some of that is revenue share, which is how our organization funds coaching it would otherwise have to charge for.
Two things worth being straight about. Revenue share is not passive money, and it pays nothing at all until specific things are true. We wrote all of it down rather than hand waving at it.

Where this goes next
Everything above works on its own. What it cannot do is tell you which piece to start with given what you sell, where you sell it and how you actually want to spend a Tuesday. That is the only thing the call is for.
A look at what you are posting and who is seeing it. Not a pitch at you.
Book the reviewIf you are not booking yet
Most people who read one of these are not ready for a call, and that is fine. Everything below is already open, and none of it asks you for anything.
Three of our weekly calls are open to anyone. Listen to a whole one, say nothing, and leave when you want.
02Three membership levels with the numbers printed on the page. You do not have to ask a person for the price.
03How revenue share actually works at eXp, including the parts of it that usually get oversold.
04The agents, the markets they work, and what partnering looks like on an ordinary week.

Each one is free, written out in full, and takes about ten minutes to read.
