For licensed agents

You did not build a business. You built a job that only you can do.

A short training on where the week actually goes in a real estate business, which of those hours belong to a system or a person who is not you, and what has to be true before any of it can come off your plate.

Straight to it. No waiting room and no scheduled time.

Which work is automatable and which only looks it

Any brokerageYou can buy it and stay where you are

Every hour you spend on the business is an hour you are not in front of a client.

Agents do not run out of motivation. They run out of Tuesday. The listing goes live and then there is the photographer, the description, the syndication check, the sign order, the disclosure chase, the lender call, the three texts asking whether it is still available, and somewhere in there the actual job of advising a human being through the largest transaction of their life.

Nothing on that list is optional. Almost all of it is somebody else’s, or something else’s.

The math nobody runs

You are the most expensive person in your business doing the cheapest work in it.

Every hour spent on a task that does not need a license is an hour billed at your rate and delivered at somebody else’s. Most agents have never priced that, which is exactly why it continues.

What you walk away with

Four things you will have that you do not have now.

01

An honest map of your week

Every task sorted into the four buckets, which is uncomfortable and clarifying in about equal measure.

02

The list of what goes first

Ordered by how much it returns against how hard it is to hand over.

03

What has to exist before you delegate

The part that gets skipped, and the reason most first hires fail.

04

A thirty day sequence

So Monday is one decision instead of nine.

Worth your time if

  • You are licensed and actively selling right now
  • You are the bottleneck in your own business
  • You answer the same question forty times a month
  • You would rather build the system than white knuckle it

Not worth your time if

  • You want somebody to do your job for you
  • You are not licensed yet
  • You have no volume to systematize yet
  • You are not willing to change how you work

Before you put your number in

The four things agents ask us first.

Is this a pitch dressed up as a training?

The training stands on its own and works whether or not you ever speak to us. The offer sits about two thirds of the way down, clearly labeled, and you can stop reading before it.

How long does it take?

Around forty minutes to watch. The whole thing is written out underneath, so you can read it in about ten if you would rather skim.

Do I have to leave my brokerage?

No. There is a paid option that changes nothing about where you hold your license, and the training explains both routes plainly.

What happens the second I submit this?

The training opens on the next page. Leave a number and we text you the link as well, so you can pick it back up later on your own time.

On tape, and still not settled

Two of our panelists answer this in opposite ways.

Both of them do this for a living. Both said it out loud on a recorded panel. The training covers which one holds up, and when.

Dennis D'Souza

A stacked morning block beats a scheduled workout.

Breath work, an embodiment practice and meditation before the day starts, so the day's big problems land smaller.

Randy Jones

Protect the act, not the time slot.

With two small children he stopped defending a fixed hour and made the workout itself the thing that cannot move. He misses about five days a year.

Worth knowing before you watch: the free route means partnering with our organization at eXp Realty. The training explains exactly what that means, and what it does not.
