Two things, one form. The training, plus The Agent AI Prompt Pack as a 14 page PDF, sent the moment you submit.

For licensed agents

The problem was never whether AI works. It is that nobody set it up for you.

A short training on what AI is genuinely good at inside a real estate business, the three places it quietly loses you a client, and why the agents getting value from it are not the ones who learned the most prompts.

Almost every agent is now using AI. Almost none of it is connected to anything.

Roughly half of agents now use AI weekly or daily, and the largest reported uses are listing descriptions and social posts. Both are writing tasks. Both end when the writing ends. Nothing about that changes what happens to a lead on day nine.

The value is not in generating text faster. It is in having something that answers at 9pm, qualifies without insulting anybody, and hands you a human being at the right moment.

Where the value actually is

Writing faster is not the win. Answering at 9pm is.

Three quarters of agents using AI point it at listing descriptions. That is a writing task and it ends when the writing ends. Nothing about it changes what happens to a lead that arrives on a Sunday night.

A thirty day sequence

Starting with the one that pays the same week.

Worth your time if

  • You are licensed and actively selling right now
  • You use AI for writing and not much else
  • You tried a tool and quietly stopped opening it
  • You want it connected rather than explained

Not worth your time if

  • You want AI to replace talking to people
  • You are not licensed yet
  • You want a prompt list and nothing else
  • You are not willing to change how you work

Before you put your number in

The four things agents ask us first.

Is this a pitch dressed up as a training?

The training stands on its own and works whether or not you ever speak to us. The offer sits about two thirds of the way down, clearly labeled, and you can stop reading before it.

How long does it take?

Around forty minutes to watch. The whole thing is written out underneath, so you can read it in about ten if you would rather skim.

Do I have to leave my brokerage?

No. There is a paid option that changes nothing about where you hold your license, and the training explains both routes plainly.

What happens the second I submit this?

The training opens on the next page. Leave a number and we text you the link as well, so you can pick it back up later on your own time.

On tape, and still not settled

Two of our panelists answer this in opposite ways.

Both of them do this for a living. Both said it out loud on a recorded panel. The training covers which one holds up, and when.

Val

The bot booked a listing appointment while she was out of cell range.

Four hours with no service. The bot had run the whole conversation, sent a market update and set the appointment.

Mitch Ribak

Watch what your bot actually sends.

On the same panel, openly torn: it beats no response at all, because most agents never work their leads. But it will ask a question the lead just answered.

Recorded on a NXTGEN Agent panel, July 14, 2022.

Where should we send it?

Name and email. The phone number is optional.

Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.

Worth knowing before you watch: the free route means partnering with our organization at eXp Realty. The training explains exactly what that means, and what it does not.
